Six Childhood friends & Macleans alumni embark on a race across India to raise support and awareness for the Mental Health Foundation.

Auckland

Six Young men, their friendships birthed from the East Auckland public schooling system tackle the Rickshaw Run. The boys undertake an adventure of a lifetime fueled by the support of their friends & family, their passion for the sesh and a continuous supply of onion bhaji.

Meet the team:

Adam Payne - Minister of Internal affairs

Adam is a 4th year student soon to be a medical professional heartthrob with a heart of gold. He's a well respected citizen and as the 2nd of 5 siblings is an expert wrestler and mediator. He's passionate about Rugby, adventure and attending to his family commitments.

Daniel Lipman - Chief Safety Officer

Daniel is a Basketball enthusiast and your local mortgage adviser. He's a real community guy, and despite his disproportionate barrel chest in comparison to his lanky frame alongside the fact he talks far too much he means well really.

Jack Brown - Chief Navigation officer

So you thought Dan talked too much? meet this joker. With a million dollar smile and a passion for admin, after a 20 minute conversation with your parents he'll make them realize he's the son they wish they had. As a recent university graduate, Jack is currently spending his year in the USA protesting Trump's regime and will meet the team at the start line.

Cameron Clarke - Commander chief/Head Honcho

Being the largest specimen, proficient in handling a battleaxe and a gut instinct that's only wrong 50% of the time killa Cam acts as the leader of this team. Occupied as a Computer Science student, Cameron spends most of his time, wake boarding, working on his project car and providing consulting around dreadlocks and dreadlock management.

Michael Keane - Chief Engineer

Needless to say the heart and soul of the crew, a charming young man and seasoned mechanical proffessional. With extensive mechanical knowledge and keane interest in Tuk Tuk logistics he'll surely get the boys to the finish line. Some of his one liners throughout the race include "well there's ur problem" "look mate the engines just cooked" and "Have you tried turning it on and off?"
