SDK Save A Skydiver - Defibrillator Fundraising

Skydiving Kiwis is the biggest Sport Skydiving Development Center in the South Island of New Zealand. After 7 years of operation our goal of helping rebuild the sport of skydiving in New Zealand is in action and we have now at least tripled the number of skydivers in New Zealand today.

Skydiving Kiwis is 100% committed to Industry Safety Standards and practices and we ensure all effort is taken to minimize the chances of serious incidents or accidents. Occurrences, such as those requiring a defibrillator, are a reality of our sport and with the inherent rise in Licenced Skydiver Numbers and Tandem Skydives each year, realistically the percentage of incidents or accidents does have possibility to also rise.

Eliminating all risk is impossible unfortunately, however after a thorough risk assessment on our operations we identified the need for a Defibrillator to help minimize the potential risks and raise the survival rate of serious injuries.

Please help us, by donating, to acquire our own Defibrillator for Skydiving Kiwis main operations base. It will also be used, as part of our Emergency Response Plans, for our Temporary Landing Areas i.e Skydiving Display's or Demo's taking place off site of our main Landing Zone.
