I am a sufferer of chronic septic arthritis and in need of transport and funds for ongoing medical treatment, rehabilatation and ongoing travel costs to help me get back into the work force. ACC are not funding me and will not re-open my case. I live rurally, 40 minutes from the closest hospital, and as such, travel to appointments is not possible due to no public transport.
Use of funds
Funds will go towards a vehicle for hospital appointments and ongoing travel and medical costs.
