Your donations will help share the seated views to share stories created in those views to celebrate a community of similarity & diversity
Manawatu / Whanganui
"From Where I Sit" is an exhibition of photographs showing the views of everyday living taken by people who are permanently seated in wheelchairs. We want to share our experiences with the wider communities throughout NZ. We aim to raise enough funds to pay for the printing and processing of photos for the exhibition. And to take the exhibition on tour throughout NZ. As it tours each center, local exhibiting photographers will be highlighted along with their stories. These photos and stories are celebrating diversity.
We would be more than grateful for any donations however big or small they may be!!
Funds raised are for printing & presentation of photos for the exhibition . Excess funds will support the exhibition touring NZ . Unspent funds will be invested in a Trust " The seated photographers" for future exhibitions & associated education
