Maybe they have trouble cooking for themselves, often they become very lonely. These cooking classes will help them learn new skills in the kitchen, offer the opportunities to develop new friendships, help combat loneliness.

Each lesson involves information and tips on good nutrition for seniors, how to make shopping lists from recipes, budgeting tips. They will share a work station with one other and each class has a hands on cooking segment. Every person will receive a cookbook.
