Help WovenLife get school children Set 2 Learn
Make sure every child is Set 2 Learn by providing simple packs of essential stationery items for children in SouthEast AsiaAuckland
The WovenLife Foundation works to support families and communities in a rural part of SouthEast Asia by providing holistic development programmes.
The Covid-19 pandemic has meant many families in our area have had reduced work opportunities or are having to care for extra family members who have returned home from larger cities. Finances are stretched to the limit and even something as simple as basic stationery items can be beyond the reach of these families.
School children are returning to school on 1 July and we want to make sure every child is Set 2 Learn before they head back to school.
We are aiming to provide 1000 stationery packs to the most needy families in our communities. These simple packs will include all the basic equipment a child needs as they return to school (pens, pencils, eraser, ruler, etc).
Just NZ$6.50 will purchase a pack for a primary or secondary age child. We invite you to be a part of making sure every child is Set 2 Learn.

Use of funds
Funds raised will be used to purchase the stationery items to be distributed to children and families. If the funds raised exceed our target we will purchase additional packs to be distributed.
Wow! We've been blown away with the response so far. Thank you so much to everyone who has already donated - you're awesome. Please do keep spreading the word to those you think might be interested. Here's a short video that explains a little bit more about the motivation behind this project.
