Hello beautiful people :)

So many things have been happening lately, my schedule has been hectic. I had a flare up of pain last week which it's been some time since i've experienced, but it was a good reminder to slow down and not work 24/7!

I had the opportunity to share my story and be a part of a body love campaign with a stunning group of women, I was awarded not one but TWO yoga teacher training scholarships and I have most recently submitted an article to media with some awesome, brave photos. I can't wait for everyone to see.

I've been working away in the background, building my website and beginning to build a social media following where I have had so many other women share their stories with me. It's been an incredible journey so far. I do what I am able to with the current finances I have and continue to share the importance of bringing this information to NZ and raising funds through this page.
