Stephs legacy. All funds raised through this page will be used to provide gifts to children who have lost a parent.

Stephnie Stokes had a zest for live , she fought every step, every day until she couldn’t fight anymore .

She was diagnosed with breast cancer in March 2017 , which took her life ,December 18th, 2019 , aged 36.

Before Steph passed, her and I had discussed between each other about setting up a message and gift system, for her two beautiful daughters, who were 11 and 7 years of age at the time when they had to say their final goodbyes to their mother. This discussed system would be set up, so that the girls would receive a gift and message of love, for each year, on each of their birthdays.

Unfortunately, Steph lost her fight before we had a chance to set anything up.

In my sisters name, and to honour her wishes, I have decided to continue in setting up this page, and aim to officially launch it as a foundation, on the first anniversary of Steph’s passing.

The aim of this foundation is to help support families with children who have lost a parent, by sending a gift and personal message for their birthdays, to help with remembrance, that their love has not been forgotten.

Launch date will be 18th December, 2020, and to set oars in motion, a group of Steph’s friends and myself will be kayaking around Lake Taupo (193km around about), aiming to complete this trip within 5 days. So all monies raised , will go towards the gifts sent out.
