Sudden, Unexpected loss of our Cleft Warrior

Our precious daughter Lily Kate Philpott (18 months) was taken suddenly in her sleep, without any underlying causes as of now.

Our baby Girl began her journey from birth, she was born with Cleft Lip and Palate, and was supported tremendously from Cleft for Kids and other facebook groups, she was a fighter, and overcame a few major surgeries in her journey.

We are beyond devastated at losing our baby girl suddenly and are trying to stay in a happy state for our son Mason.

Lily was most loved by her big brother and protector Mason.

All support will go directly to the Parents and Family of Lily to help ease the costs of funeral arrangements and to support our family, we are overwhelmed with the amount of support which helps soften the pain we are feeling.
