“Pure and undefiled religion before God and the Father is this: to visit orphans and widows in their trouble…” -James 1:27

Auckland

In 2017, Rodel Malijan immigrated to New Zealand from the Philippines in hopes to find better opportunities and have a better future for his family.

August 2019, his wife, Risalyn and his children, Jarred and Aleiyah Gaile followed to move to New Zealand.

4 years after settling on Work Visa in Auckland, Rodel and his family found out in September 2020 that he had Stage 4 Gastric Cancer.

Monday, 29th of March it was announced the Rodel has passed, leaving his wife and two children.

Risalyn is currently on Work Visa under Partnership and the children under Student/Family Visa but due to Rodel's passing, who is the Principal Applicant and the primary income earner, the family's residency are uncertain. Your support can help cover the funeral cost and other expenses the family has.

Any amount would be greatly appreciated and would go a long way. We thank you in advance for your generosity and may God bless you.
