There has been a massive loss in the Inglewood and wider community after well-known suicide prevention advocate Tama Eminukutepua passed suddenly.

Last year Tama won a $10,000 AMP National Scholarship for his work in mental health and driving for an after hours support service to reduce suicide. He was also the founder of the Taranaki Suicide Prevention Crisis Response Team.
