Support for Sue - unfunded cancer treatment

Suzanne Leigh, one of the most beautiful humans on this earth.

Sue has bravely battled cancer for close to 4 and a half years.

A tough journey for her and her equally gorgeous family.

Husband Chris, daughters Savanna 17, Alani 15 and 11year old Jesse.

They are always the first to help others.

Initially Breast cancer, a short sweet spell in remission and now in her sternum and lower back, causing plenty of pain and restriction.

Chris is father of the year, totally dedicated to supporting Sue and caring for her and the kids.

Often exhausted emotionally and physically, they all amaze us with their almighty inner strength and positive attitude.

Sue’s recent blood test show the cancer markers have gone up dramatically. A drug that has been used for more than 10 years Everolimus, is an option that will give some hope to extend Sue’s life, it is not currently funded in NZ, despite being available in many other countries around the world. It will cost $5.5k per month.

I am setting up this page to raise funds directly associated with Sue’s treatment.

The financial stress is the last thing this gorgeous family needs.
