Supporting thomas after his scooter accident
Auckland
Thomas Robinson is 16, he had an accident on his 50cc scooter (moped) on the 22 June 2018 when he was hit by a car, we almost lost him but he fought for his life and was saved by ambulance officers and the amazing doctors and nurses at Auckland hospital and Middlemore hospital.
Thomas has a broken arm, a broken collarbone, broken ribs and a life changing spinal injury. He also has some internal injuries and lots of cuts and grazes.
We are raising money for Thomas for a new home as his mums existing home is not suitable for wheelchair access as its very small with all the bedrooms upstairs ACC will only financially assist with the costs of modifying a home for wheelchair access not the cost of a new home itself

Forever strong
We are fundraising to relieve some of the financial burden Thomas's family is facing having to purchase a new one level family home suitable for wheelchair access so thomas can restart his new life after he leaves the spinal unit in 2 or 3 months time
