Support the Muslim Association of Canterbury to face the consequences of the terror attack

The Muslim Association of Canterbury (MAC) serves and supports all Muslims in Canterbury. MAC is established in 1977 in the city of Christchurch, New Zealand is an umbrella organization for the Muslims in Canterbury. MAC is a multi-ethnic, non-profit organization in New Zealand. MAC's mission is to continually build a mosque that is relevant, constantly recognizes and meets people’s needs, pursues the teaching of Allah (SWT) and our Prophet Muhammad (may peace be upon him) and always provides an atmosphere for positive relationships to grow and develop.

The recent terrorist attacks on 2 mosques in Christchurch have resulted in fatalities, injuries and hundreds of affected families. The support of this small Muslim community is the main responsibility of MAC. The demand on MAC's resources has unexpectedly increased to record levels and the pressure is mounting to find and employ new resources. Your contribution goes towards assisting MAC to meet the increased demand on its serves and helping its executive team find the means to continue its mission of supporting Muslims in the region of the Canterbury region.
