Supporting Becky-boo through her breast cancer journey

Our beautiful Bex has recently been diagnosed with Grade 3 breast cancer, and life has changed very quickly for her and everyone who loves her.

Bex is one of those people who is always there for others. As a hairdresser, she has spent years helping people feel confident, cared for, and beautiful, always with a listening ear and a kind heart. Now it’s our turn to support her.

She is about to begin a challenging treatment journey over in Perth Australia, including chemotherapy, followed by radiation and hormone therapy. While Bex is ready to fight with everything she has, the physical, emotional, and financial toll of treatment will be significant.

Throughout treatment, Bex will be unable to work during her chemo weeks, which will place a huge strain on everyday living costs. Funds raised will help support her with bills, travel to and from appointments, a wig during hair loss treatment which is estimated to cost $4000 AUD, and easing the financial pressure that comes with being away from work while focusing on recovery.

Anyone who knows Bex knows how strong, caring, and independent she is, so asking for help does not come easily. We would love to take some of the stress off her shoulders so she can put all of her energy into healing.
