The last big week apparently. 13hrs58min. A roasting hot week. Bring on a taper week
Had a bit of a mishap early in the week which put a dent in what training I could do. 1 of 2 reasons. Fatigue or Gumby. Most people have gone with option 2. No swimming as I would have attracted sharks. Still managed 14hrs 2min
Didn't think my weeks would get longer but they have. 16hrs 43min this week. Really looking forward to a light week, I won't know what to do with myself.
A big week similar to week 8 but no skiing or other water sports. Managed 14hrs 12min.
Got the hard stare and a "Hmmmmm" after last weeks effort so had to pull my socks up this week. 9 session, 13hrs 47min. Also managed 2 wakeboards and 3 water skis. Back to work for a rest.
Another hard week to fit in work, beach and training so only 7hrs 31min. Hopefully the coach doesn't read these posts.
Hard week to fit training in round eating but did managed 12hrs 26min so think I may worked off any excess. Enjoy the rest of your holidays and have a great New Years
Back to a biggish week before the Rotorua 1/2 IM next weekend. 12hrs 48min.
10hrs 41min. A bit of a rest and recovery week after a couple of big weeks.
A big week on a number of fronts. 13hrs50min under my belt. Managed to fit in a boys weekend away as well to Whitianga which included cards, golf, beer and wine with Stephen O'Toole,Wayne Werder, Rick Cartmill and Paul Kennett.
Biggish week 13hrs 57min so will round it up😜. Starting to hope March comes round quicker
Not as full on this week. No golf 😩 or extreme sports. 10hrs for the week
