Helping my father have a better chance to fight the big C.

Last year my dad Keith was diagnosed with a Mestatic Neuroendocrine Tumour in his stomach a rare cancer to have in the gastric region. Since his diagnosis the doctors came to the conclusion that he required a Partial Gastrectomy which involves the removal of part of his stomach but before it was undertaken it had proceeded to spread to his liver meaning the surgery couldn't be done and he has been under going monthly Octriotide steroid injections to slow the progress but with further symptoms forming and weight loss he has begun Radiotherapy and his best chance of fighting the cancer is to fly to Australia and receive a specific form of Octriotide injection that contains a "bomb" like action that will hopefully kill the cancer cells before it can spread any further.

Any and every donation will go toward the injection he requires to have a long and healthy life with us. The injection costs $55,000 and at such a high price it is still little compared to what it would mean to all of us to lose him.

I started this page to help get my dad the well deserved treatment he needs to keep him going strong with us for years to come. He's both a great father and an amazing grandfather too spending heaps of time teaching both me and my boy to ride moto and always there we i need him i feel it's only the right thing to do to ask that anyone who is able to donate towards his cause would be a truly meaningful person to us all.
