Let's help those who are looking out for us in our community.

Auckland

The Hibiscus Coast Community Patrol urgently needs a replacement vehicle and has the opportunity of purchasing a new vehicle, in partnership with several sponsors including a car dealership. To achieve this, they need to raise the final $4,000 towards the purchase price.

As the "Eyes and Ears" of the Police, this is vital to assist them to help keep our community safe. The Community Patrol has 41 volunteer patrollers who give their time to assist the community and the local Police. They carry out their duties with both day and night, on shifts of 4 hours each.

The Rotary Satellite Club of Orewa-Millwater has kick-started this fund with a donation of $250. The Please join with us to help raise the rest and keep this essential Community Patrol on the road.

About us

However, we are proud that, in Rotary year 2016-2017, through having a lot of fun and organising events to raise cash, we distributed over $6,000 to Foundation, local and regional charities; and over $10,000 in 2017-2018.

Use of funds

Funds raised will be put towards the purchase of a new community patrol vehicle.
