The U R Jar

The U R Jar is a personalised self-help gift, designed to be a stepping stone towards taking better care of our own mental health. Each jar contains colour coded popsicle sticks with customisable messages (numbers to call when you need to talk, free outdoor activities to get some fresh air, simple indoor tasks to keep your hands busy, reminders from your loved ones, etc.). The idea is that when you are feeling anxious, restless, melancholy or manic, you can use the U R Jar for self-care tips, by drawing whichever kind of popsicle stick you need most.
