This will benefit the local villagers in Tonj and surrounding areas to give them access to which is not yet available to them

I am going over to Tonj in South Sudan to help build a Maturnity Ward for local villagers. I will be over there for two months.
Three years ago I went to South Sudan to build a house in Tonj for a charity ‘Maclouds on a Mission’. It took us 3 months to build the house for them, and while there we talked about me returning to build the next stage, a Maternity and Pediatric Ward at some time in the future. The funds have now been raised for the clinic and I will be going back on the 5th March for 2months. My cost will be $9250, for airfares, visas, accommodation and the necessary inoculations.
The Ward will be 8.3mtrs by 28.3mtrs and will have 20 beds, 9 for Maternity and 11 for pediatrics. The base will be 520 concrete blocks which we will make ourselves as in a hand press, 3 at a time. We will require 38cubic metres of concrete for the footings and floor and this will be mixed manually, along with 5500 bricks also made onsite.
The Ward will service 17000 people living in Tonj and approx 5000 from the surrounding area, who still live in villages. Along with extreme poverty the locals have to deal with tribal fighting, malnourishment and maleria. We need to get the foundations and floor down by early May, as this is when the rainy season starts and continues till the end of September. The temperature at this time of year will range from 35 to 50 degrees, so as to make things a little more challenging.
Funds raised will help with the cost of travel expenses ,materials and also accommodation
