Support Devon and his family in his recovery

Devon is a 20 year old, an amazing young man. He is a fun loving, engaging, friendly and extremely creative in art and music. With his whole life ahead of him nobody deserves this, least of all him. His mother is a good friend of mine...Trudi surrounded by family are currently in hospital, where Devon is currently in ICU in critical condition.
Devon was attacked, his spleen has been torn and bleeding into his stomach. He will need a blood transfusion and surgery, for his internal injuries.
I wanted to do something for them and I know when Devon comes out of this and he will. It is going to be a long slow recovery. Devon is not going to be able to work and his mother Trudi is not going to want to work. She will want to be with Devon and assist in his recovery. Unfortunately Trudi being a contractor and self employed, means no work no income coming in, in already trying times.

The money will be spent on Devon's recovery and assisting his mother with day to day expenses as she takes time off.

A message from Trudi, Devon and their family 26 January 2022
They are overwhelmed and humbled by the out pouring of love, support and the generous donations received. With that in mind the family have decided that we will close donations off as of Friday 28th January. I have included an update below from the family.
We wanted to thank you so so very much for supporting us so generously. We are beyond overwhelmed by the generosity and kindness! Devon as at home recovering and while before he's back to speed, we can 't tell you how m such easier it's been made by all of you! We are grateful and humbled... THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts!
