    A huge thank you to all who gave to Joan's Bathroom Upgrade.

    Without your help this would not have happened and she is so happy and wishes to relay thanks to you all. many that gave Joan doesn't know but she appreciates ever dollar give.

    Yes it cost more that the $12k given but with family and Joan's personal contributions and the generosity of the builders, plumber and electrician we can pay all the bills.

  • Progress Report

    Hi Folks,

    Thanks again for your support of Joan.

    We have started the alterations on her bathroom and these were progressing well then we found out that the floor needs to dry for at least two weeks before they can lay the new vinyl. This is frustrating for us all , the least of all Joan who has to be out of the flat as she has no toilet or shower A huge thank you to Marilyn and Warrick who have put her up at the moment. Funds wise we are approaching the target figure so if you know anyone who you think may wish to contribute then please refer them to Joans give a little page. Thanks again for your support.

  • Great News

    Hi Folks,

    Thanks so much to all who have donated to the fund to create a safer bathroom for Joan. The response to date has been amazing and a testimony to the respect you all have for Joan.

    As a family we individually put money aside for her earlier and Beryl has paid for some of her Bathroom fittings.

    Any additional funds raised will go towards looking at what we can do with her kitchen to make it more user friendly.
