Please help pay to construct croquet lawns at our new site. We ask sports people, especially croquet players, to give a little.

The club's present lawns alongside the Hutt River will be lost when bigger stop banks are built to protect Hutt City from floods. The club must relocate in September 2016, or soon after, to the former Taita Bowling Club site at Walter Nash Park.
This is a $470,000 project. Expensive earth movement, drainage and irrigation are required. The local councils are providing $100,000 each, leaving Waimarie to raise $270,000. We have raised $140,000 but we still desperately need to find $100,000.
I am a member of the Waimarie Croquet Club, Lower Hutt, and setting up this site with the authority of the Committee of the Club.
