I am able to walk - I want to raise money and awareness for Able Minds Charitable Trust.

Able Minds is a charitable trust that supports families that suffer from someone with mental health or addiction issues. I choose to walk but these families don't have a choice. Every day the journey stretches out before them. I have empathy for that and want to challenge myself by walking at least 55kms each day (a total of 40 for the length of the country - covid allowing)
