Help Renee’s Whanau support each other during Renee’s fight!
Hawera, Taranaki
Renee’s story
Renee Patricia Tasker is 42 years young, born 18th July 1979 to Simon “the hole man” Tasker and Christine Tasker, a beloved midwife in South Taranaki. She is number one of five girls, Jo, Tricia, Simone and Beth and boy did she pave the way for them.
There is nothing more in this world that Renee loves more than her children, Bowen, Frankie and Quinn. I can just picture Renee smothering them in kisses as I write this.
With an enthusiasm for life, Renee can brighten any room with witty jokes, which can be inappropriate 90% of the time. If you don’t find her working at the ministry of education, or with her kids, you most likely might bump into her singing Karaoke in Hawera or having a glass of wine. She has the voice of an angel, you should hear her sing “what's up’ by 4 non blondes, we hope you get to!
Without sharing too much medical information about Renee as she doesn’t currently have the capacity to approve it. Renee is currently in Auckland fighting for her life in the ICU and is requiring full life support. It will be a month on May 15th since we have heard from Renee and we cannot be sure how much longer this will go on for.
We do not have a monetary value to put on Renee’s life or a goal we are aiming for. We don’t actually expect a dime. However, The Tasker family have been overwhelmed with everyone's generosity and kind comments during this time. Lots of people have asked how they can help so this has been put together for them.

Renee and I meet back at Tawhiti Kindergarten, throughout our schooling years we we’re inseparable! The Tasker Whanau has been a huge part of my life. 💕
The funds raised will be used to largely aid in the childrens day-to-day expenses and travel cost to auckland.
