All paws in to help this good boy

No one is immune from cancer.
Zeus, this energetic dog of pure love, was diagnosed with an aggressive tumour inside his bladder in March 2020. You cannot tell from the outside he is sick; this giant goofball still lies upside down to sleep, hoovers up anything that remotely resembles food, and still sits all 30kgs of himself on top of you were ever he possibly can.
Scans by his amazing vet team have shown the cancer has not spread at this stage, and there is a possibility with treatment that the tumour can be managed for an amount of time. But, where the tumour is located has its own implications and most devastatingly, this type of bladder cancer is not able to be removed and ultimately terminal.
Zeus and his wellbeing is first and foremost as we go day by day, but while he still continues to show the love of life that he has, his family will do everything they can to help him keep chasing those tennis balls that he loves.
Several of you have said you want to contribute towards Zeus's care as he goes through this journey, and his family cannot describe in words how much that means, as Zeus is not just a dog but forever a furrier than usual family member.
Thank you for all your love and support.
Big wet sloppy kisses.
Funds generated all go towards Zeus and his care.
Any surplus or if Zeus indicates to call an end to this journey, would be donated to the Royal Cancer Society of NZ, to support their research in fighting cancers.
