Campaign

Raising funds for something specific, or an annual campaign? This would be right for you!

A campaign page (also known as a "cause" page) on Givealittle is the best option for a special project, annual campaign, or urgent need from something unexpected. This is the most common page type, and is also referred to as "every dollar counts" during page creation.

Scenarios

  • Support and complement a street, face-to-face, DM, telemarketing, or other appeal.
  • Meet emergency or unexpected needs.
  • Top-up a campaign short-fall.
  • Target a building project or other facility development.

Features

  • Must have an end date.

  • Choose to set a goal or not - we recommend having a goal, they are pretty motivational for donors.

  • The total amount donated will show on the page.

  • The end-date and the goal can be changed - even if you don't reach your target, the donations will still be paid out to you (e.g. every dollar counts!)

  • All Givealittle pages are optimised for mobile viewing, as around 80% of donors are on mobile devices. We take care of the technical side of things, freeing you up to do what you do best.

  • Supporters can donate directly, and/or make their own fundraiser page on your behalf by clicking “Fundraise”.

For example: “Michaela decides to do 25 pushups a day to support your cause. She can set up a Fundraiser page paying to your campaign/cause page and all the donations to her page tally on your page total.

Be Ready to go in minutes

It's really easy to create a campaign page – you can have one up and running in a couple of minutes!

If you already have a Givealittle account, you can just get started. Otherwise, there are a couple of things you should have on hand before you start:

  1. Your email address, so that you can create a Givealittle membership for your organisation.
  2. Your organisation logo for the member profile.
