August 2013 Scorecard

Kiwi causes smashed the records yet again with a record $478,669.34 donated by 7,439 generous folk to support 381 home grown causes.

We had 52,337 visitors to givealittle.co.nz and over $2.4 million has been donated since Givealittle became a zero fees service within the Telecom Foundation.

Top beneficiaries of August donations were:

  1. TEAR Fund Poverty Cycle fundraising event
  2. Lachie & Chris Sutherland created by family friend Alaina
  3. First Steps Himalaya to support children in Nepal
  4. Andrei’s NET Cancer Treatment created by sister Amanda

The average donation was $64.35 and the largest single donation was $5,000 to support Team Orange in the TEAR Fund Poverty Cycle.

We were proud to provide Cure Kids with a platform to facilitate all online support for Red Nose Day with a great results achieved.
