The Givealittle Terms have been updated this week. For a look at the whole lot, jump through to Terms in the footer of any page on Givealittle.co.nz. Otherwise, read on for a summary.
Some of the terminology used in the Terms has been altered to ensure that it's consistent, and to ensure consistency with similar documents from Spark.
Additionally, a fourth potential reason for termination of a user has been added:
(d) if we deem the User's behaviour to be unacceptable (as solely determined by the Spark Foundation)
This joins these three existing potential reasons:
(a) a serious complaint is received or a number of complaints (amounting to what we determine as a serious complaint) are received about the User and his/her/its conduct in using the Website;
(b) if the User breaches these Terms;
(c) if you attempt to log in as another User other than at the express and constant direction of that User (where the registered User is not capable of logging in due to a disability).
That's all! We're letting you know because in the Terms we also state that if they're updated, we'll let our users know in the Givealittle News.
