100 Days of Fitness!!
What better way to stay motivated than to have a higher purpose?!
- Each participant has their own charity of choice
- Each participant must exercise every day for 100 days OR donate $20 for missing a day to their own charity
- Each participant must fund-raise a minimum of $1 per day for their charity (or hopefully more)
At the end of this challenge, not only will you have raised funds for a charity (helping both those in need AND giving others an opportunity to give back to the world) but you'll also have the results and benefits of the 100 days of exercise!! WIN:WIN:WIN.

My name is Jacob Vagana, I am a Personal Trainer based in Central Auckland, NZ.
I am simply presenting the opportunity for others to give back and get fit/reach goals. I will be managing the page and acting as a mentor to anyone wanting to participate by offering health and fitness advice, being open to listen and most importantly, keep people motivated throughout the 100 days.
