Young Blake Expedition Sub-Antarctic
Nationwide
12 students, being not your typical tree-hugging environmentalists, are set to voyage to the Sub-Antarctic Islands. We’ll be working alongside NZ scientists to plan for a world-leading climate change research station. The Auckland Islands have been identified by scientists as a critical region for studying the effects of climate change on not just NZ but the World.
This isn’t a chance for a holiday; our little group will board a navy vessel in February and brave the notorious Southern Ocean all as part of Young Blake Expeditions founded by the Sir Peter Blake Trust.
If you’d like to be part of helping our group in this expedition your financial support would be really appreciated.
