TeamTJ quiz night - Co-Op Whitby

Quiz night at the Co-Op bar in Whitby, 7.30pm on Sun Aug 31. There will be prizes, raffles and maybe an auction! Tickets $20 per person, register your team with Anita Baker at anitabaker@xtra.co.nz. Teams of 4 - 6, maximum 60 people. If you have prizes you would like to donate, please let Anita know.

TeamTJ love a good quiz - we feel like geniuses, if only for one night! The Co-Op has a great selection of food, come for dinner before the quiz starts at 7.30pm. If you can't make up a team, we can add you to one. Come and join us for what promises to be a great night.

Quiz Nights at the Co-Op 8 October 2014

Our first Quiz night on the 30th of September was a fantastic success and we managed to raise a total of $1555.00 towards Tracey's surgery fund. The second Co-op quiz night was fiercely contested and we raised a total of $1615.00. Thank you to all that participated, we really enjoyed your company and now with Tracey's surgery being postponed for a further 6 months we will plan another round of quiz nights and encourage you to begin planning your team and strategies.

On average, fundraisers pay just 2% to use Givealittle. This is one of the lowest effective fees in New Zealand fundraising. We charge a 5% platform fee to cover the cost of running the platform. Because most donors choose to top up their donation to cover this fee, the effective cost paid by fundraisers is about 2%. That means around 98 cents of every dollar raised goes to the cause.
