Fight Girls is a 12 week training program to help women/girls improve fitness, learn some self defense skills, gain confidence and get them ready for a fight on the 6th December
Fight Girls is a tough program! It pushes the ladies to their limit and past it! It gives them confidence and the ability to defend themselves in future! With two old Fight Girls and great coaches by my side to get these ladies to their goal, it will be the greatest challenge they will face.
