Every step can help change a child's future.

Join us on Saturday 17 October for the ArkQuest Walk and help raise funds for the ArkQuest Education Centre in Kenya. Choose between either a walk or run, for 8km or 10km from Tay Street, along the beautiful Mount waterfront.

The ArkQuest Education Centre is a Christian school in Mahanga Village, western Kenya, providing children with access to quality education in a safe and nurturing environment. What began in 2008 as a small feeding programme for eight children has grown into a thriving school serving over 150 students, giving children the opportunity to learn, grow and build brighter futures.

As the school continues to grow, its facilities need to grow too. Funds raised through this year's ArkQuest Walk will help support essential renovations and improvements to classrooms and school buildings, creating safer learning environments and increasing capacity so more children can access a quality education.

Our goal is to raise $10,000 to help make these improvements possible. Whether you walk as an individual or gather a team of friends, family or workmates, we encourage you to create your own fundraising page, set yourself a fundraising goal and invite others to support your efforts. Get creative with your costumes, compete for some great prizes and help us reach our goal. Together, every step and every donation will help create brighter futures for children at ArkQuest.
