Makingtrax is on a mission, opening adventure to All - we believe in inclusion through Adventure

688,380 Kiwis have a physical impairment that effects their everyday activities.. very few can afford expensive adaptive equipment - Makingtrax vision is to have adaptive equipment at the activity rather than privately owned starting with the Gravity Quad; with our dream to acquire e-bikes and paragliding buggies - this adaptive equipment will empower Kiwis and travelers with disabilities to visit and enjoy "The Home of Inclusive Adventure"

I won't dwell on the struggles or barriers some kiwis face on a daily basis; I can leave that to your imagination.

Adventure is that therapy we all need, exercise for the mind and body. It's not only mindfulness, it’s Adventure Based Learning. Pushing one's boundaries provides confidence which in turn develops a sense of purpose. Opening horizons and supporting social development – encouraging individuals to take responsibility for their own learning experience. These skills will later prove essential to their work and social life.

“We are promoting total Inclusion – We look at an ability and enhance its potential whilst showing the world equality and diversity. The more people understand potential the more it will integrate as a whole – abilities shine in a challenging environment”

Jezza Williams – Makingtrax Founder – Quadriplegic, Adventurer, Paraglider, Unstoppable
