Raising funds via the #22PushUpChallenge to for suicude awareness among NZ veterans

Nationwide

A group dedicated to raising suicide awareness among NZ veterans from all domains of service by challenging themselves with the #22PushUpChallenge.

However the bar for the challenge has been raised here in NZ. On the 22nd of October, a few of us will be running 22km, and will do 22 push ups, sit ups, burpees, or squats every kilometre all across the country. We encourage all members of the public to get involved by grabbing a mate and getting stuck in for a great cause. Even if you are not able to complete the full challenge, giving it a go and raising awareness is the ultimate goal.

Our service personnel have given so much to make us safe at home, so the least we can do is give a little to make sure that they are safe when they themselves are back home.

All funds generated will go toward The Fallen Hero's Trust and Lifeline Aotearoa.
