I pledge to walk, jog or (cough) run a total of 40km in 40 days before my 40th birthday.

Okay - 40km in 40 days might not sound alot to most but for me; committing to this is huge. I'm not a walker.......and staying committed for 40 days will be hard as I prefer shorter more gratifying goals.

Work, Life and Netflix gets in the way of making health choices and a balanced life. So this is me, making a change and hopefully raising a bit of money along the way.

Money raised will go to the Cancer Research Trust. Cancer affects so many who are close to me; Mr I, my sister and Cuz M being the closest to my heart. Too many others to mention.

Give a little or alot as a way to help them improve treatments.
