87 Days to Make a Change

There are 87 days left of 2021.

Everyday until the end of the year I will be skipping to raise money for the Key to Life/I am Hope Charitable Trust. I am Hope offers free counselling to kids across New Zealand as well as Public Speaking events in School raising awareness about Mental Health to our youth.

Skipping for me has been a massive outlet, an escape of my own mind where I am free of thought and can just have some fun.

We are all battling things we don't talk about and I want to encourage people to speak up and not be scared of reaching out. Skipping has helped me in my a lot and I encourage you to find something that you love doing, try something new.

Please know that you never have to do this alone! Lets start the conversation, lets make some change. Check up in your friends and family, text a mate or just be an ear.

Feel free to grab a skipping rope and jump along side me for the rest of the year!!
