Lee and I are tackling the Kathmandu Coast to Coast 2020, for a little extra motivation we are fundraising for the MS research trust

Lee and I are participating in the New Zealand Kathmandu Coast to Coast as a tandem team In 2020. This involves running, kayaking and biking from the West Coast of New Zealand to the East Coast - a mare 243km!!

A very special friend to Lee and I has recently been diagnosed with MS, we thought this would be a awesome opportunity to raise funds for a very deserving cause as well as giving us a little extra motivation to get across the finish line!

The prevalence in New Zealand is approximately 1 per 1,000 with the annual incidence being around 134 people per year, the symptoms vary widely throughout each individual some experience mild symptoms over a lifetime while others experience a progressive deterioration in symptoms.

All funds raised will be donated to the New Zealand Multiple Sclerosis Research Trust in hopes to support the research into MS
