An Incredible Opportunity

I have been chosen to be an ambassador for the charity Mother's Helpers!

My aim is to raise a minimum of $10,000 to help this charity go to the next level!

Mother's Helpers supports mum's through stress. Their goal is to prevent postnatal depression and anxiety and to help women recover.

They do this by providing free or low cost courses and support for women who otherwise wouldn't meet the criteria for any help.

Many of you know me, and know this is something I am incredibly passionate about and is very close to my heart. In fact, it makes me come alive! I live and breathe supporting mum's and helping create strong families, which build a strong society!

I have suffered from depression and anxiety myself and I know firsthand how it affects lives and families.

As part of this challenge - I have been selected to star in a ground-breaking TV show!

This award- winning television project involves me undertaking a life-changing adventure while being filmed by an international TV crew.

The footage will be used as part of an inspiring TV series to screen across New Zealand in 2019.

Part of the pre- filming process I have committed to is raising much needed funds for the Mother's Helpers.

This inspiring project combines adventure, travel, philanthropy and television. My aim is to raise a minimum of $10,000 in donations. But I'd love to blow that out of the water!
