We're raising cash for Lifeline, and working to bring mental health awareness into the mainstream. You can help too!
Auckland
In memory of Antony Bourdain, one of our greatest food heroes, we're hosting a dinner to raise some much needed cash for Lifeline. Chefs and front of house crew from across some of Auckland's best restaurants are pitching in to cook and serve a four course dinner of recipes from Bourdain's infamous Les Halles cookbook.
We'll take a moment to remember a genuine, no bullshit culinary legend who's suicide rocked our industry. While we reflect on his values and his cooking we'll check in on the mental health and wellbeing of our local colleagues working in hospitality.
We've been totally overwhelmed by the interest we received for this event, and sadly can not accomodate everyone who wants to attend. So to help make the giving go a little further our good friends at Hallertau have donated a one-of-kind beer experience for us to give away to one lucky person who donates to this page. So if you missed a spot at the table, but would like to donate to help this important charity we'd love to pass your donation on!
Everyone who donates to Lifeline through this page will go in the draw to win a VIP Hallertau Brewery Experience, including a brewery tour and lunch for two. Get donating! This fundraising campaign will run until Monday, August 31st
We're raising money for Lifeline because we appreciate the important work they do.
