Carl’s Ironman fundraising for Kidney Kids

Ironman, Taupo, 2019

Waikato

This weekend Carl’s doing Ironman in Taupo. Ironman includes a 3.8km ocean swim, 180km bike and topped off by a marathon (42.2km). He’s trained hard, had some unfortunate accidents (like being hit by a car on his bike) along the way and would now like to put it all to good use to not only complete the course but also raise some money for Kidney Kids.

Kidney Kids supports New Zealand kidney kids and their families on their journey with kidney disorders. Our son Josh was born with a kidney condition so it’s a charity close to our hearts.

If you’re down in Taupo this weekend be sure to cheer Carl on and look out for the boys in their “go daddy go” T-shirt’s.

Thanks all.
