Hi we are Nicolle, Emma and Paula
We are three of the most UNLIKELY girls to do the Kathmandu coast to coast but here we are!
Nicolle is going to tackle the Kayak, Emma is going to smash the bike and Paula is taking on the mountain run!
We've decided to do this as a challenge for ourselves to watch how much we will grow and change but most importantly for a good cause and raise some money for
I am hope!!
Mental health is a serious issue here in new Zealand.
And something we are so passionate about supporting as we have all been to a dark place and found hope and a way out with support.
In 2018 there was an estimated 3500 young kiwis who tired to take their own lives. THIS. IS. NOT. OK!
We want to show you that you can overcome darkness and life is worth it.
We believe that by all doing our part and working together we can raise awareness and make a change to the rising suicide rates in New Zealand
