    Well, they're off! It feels rather strange, I must say... Thank you to everyone who made it such a successful event last night: Shellz, Murray, Zara, Wolfgang, The Free House, Russell, The Sparkles, Megan, Teena, Pauline, Raewynn, Linda. And of course, THE HOSPICE for the great work they do. I'm overwhelmed by people's generosity and support. Thank you. Mo x PS donations can still be accepted (!)

    Well, it's only one more sleep to go! Thank you so much to everyone who has donated so far, and I hope we can make it to over $3000. I'm looking forward to tomorrow evening and have some great raffle prizes as well as a 'Guess-the Weight' competition for you. Mo x

    Bugger! National Radio wanted me to go on this afternoon to nominate 'The Best Song Ever Written', but I was out... I was going to choose 'Guess who's coming to dinner (Natty Dreadlock)' by Black Uhuru so I could mention my fundraiser. Anyway, maybe they'll ask me again when I'm actually in - keep listening! The local radio will be promoting it even if I don't make it to national coverage. Mo

    Wow! Looks like a number 2 shave for sure. Thank you everyone. I'm doing an interview with the Leader next week so there will be an article published the week before the deed, and then the Nelson Mail will come along and take pictures on the day.
