'Nigel Solo' Marathon Rower raising funds for Maori Mental Health
International
Winter can be a depressing time of the year. Not just because it’s cold, but because lack of community going outdoors and getting Vitamin D, the shorter days makes it harder to focus and stay on task.
So what better way to change this and to bring more awareness to Mental Health issues than to Row Away The Blues as Individual in a Charity Marathon Rowing Challenge!
That's right, me and my poor butt are going to be rowing 42.2km on Satruday, 7th September 2019!
The event has been organised by my good friends at NZBMA to raise funds for Maori Mental Health through Purapura Whetu.
‘Purapura Whetu‘ is a charity that focuses on Maori Youth and Mental Health and Wellbeing for Whanau.
So help me and my butt get to the finish line and donate today!
