Earlier this year i lost someone really dear to me.
Could her passing be prevented? Maybe.
NZ has some of the highest rates of suicide in the world. As a individual, family, workplace, community, town AND country we need to do better.
We need better support, resources and possibly services.
Lets start making positive changes, now.
