HEROES HOLLYWOOD

Hi F45’ers,

It’s new to our wee studio but it’s been here before, our HEROES HOLLYWOOD initiative brought together all studios from around the world to raise funds for the Australian bushfires. The F45 network rose to the occasion, raising over $550,000 for the national crisis.

As a global network We are aware of challenges and struggles facing communities across the world and we want to help- that’s what makes F45 a family.

Over the past year, it’s fair to say that each and everyone of us has struggled in some

Capacity, some more then others. Mental health is arguably more important then ever before, which is why our first HEROES HOLLYWOOD of the year will be dedicated to raising funds for mental health related organizations
