Depression - Suicide - Prevention - Communication
I think that most people can relate to the dark side, that deep dark feeling of being lost, and unable to see the way out.
I feel that it is important that we can talk about this, rather than pretending its not a real condition that people don't suffer from. We all have at some point.
I was 134kg only 4 years ago, and a few steps from my deathbed. I was a smoker, a drinker, i didn't exercise, and i ate all the wrong foods. This lead to me to the discovery of a DVT in my calve, and the realisation that something had to change.
I changed my life, my mind set, the foods that I eat, the decisions that I make. This also led me to signing up for my first charity MMA fight, 10 weeks of training, 9 minutes in the cage (If it gets that far, and i don't have my ass handed to me!) on the 7th of September 2018
I always go out of my way to help others, but unfortunately, I cannot do this all on my own, I need you. A donation of what ever you can manage will help in anyway. $10.00 - 2 of your weekly coffees,
Every donation goes in the draw to win a chocolate fish!
Lets do what ever we can to help the people who struggle with these issues daily.

100% OF ALL DONATIONS GO DIRECTLY TO KEY TO LIFE.
Suicide used to be something that you only heard about, it was not something that effected you directly, now its your neighbour, your cousin, or your friend's funeral that you are attending. Its here, its strong, and we need to talk about it.
