I NEED A HOME FOR ME AND MY SON

I'm a single mum with a toddler and I've been applying for rental properties for 2 years with no luck. I'm a great tenant, I don't smoke, have no pets and provide excellent references but I'm not the retired/profession couple that landlords seem to want. No disrespect to our current landlord but we live in unsuitable accommodation (no room for a couch or dining table and my sons bedroom is the lounge/kitchen area as the 1 bedroom is right next to internal stair up to our landlords home which is very loud). I'd really love to have a proper home for my son with a garden and nor be cooking where he sleeps.

I don't want any money, I just want a home to rent and pay for. But you could donate directly to woman's refuge if you wanted.
