In memory of James Robert Grey

Our family lost a superstar to cancer recently.

This man was a loving father and husband, and an inspiration to many. He fought long and hard, and as difficult as it is, we try to find consolation in the fact that he suffers no more.

James taught me never to take good health for granted.

To honor his memory, and to acknowledge the fight that thousands of people are fighting every day, I wish to raise some funds to support the Cancer Society NZ and the Cancer Research Trust of NZ.

Here is what I will do:

- Over the month of February, I will commit to running a total of 100Km.

- I will donate my bicycle to the Settlement Centre Waikato (to support a range of adult bike trainings)
